Scheduling can only be done by the court once a motion has been approved.  To schedule a CSS for a client for an upcoming hearing please email the request to [email protected] with the following information:

Client Name and Docket Number 

Attorney Contact

Type of Hearing

Date, Time and Length of the Hearing

Remote or in person

Hearing Notice & Webex information

A change of appearance or participation from ‘remote’ to ‘in-person’ may affect the availability of the Communication Support Specialist!

dcf meetings

Scheduling can only be done by DCF once an intake has been done and a person is found eligible for services.  To schedule a CSS for a client for an upcoming meeting please email the request to [email protected] with the following information:

Client Name

Type of Meeting

Date, Time and Length of the Meeting

Whether the meeting is remote or in person

Calendar link and materials if relevant (lengthy documents like case plans) if being discussed in the meeting

30 min clock

When scheduling, always consider that there will be a 30 minute pre-meeting & post-meeting for a client with CSS services!
